Our Review

Jenny & Gitte:   We fell in love with Mia and Declan (oh wow, Declan…could we love him more!!) in Man of My Dreams (Dreams #1). Their story resonated quite strongly with us and we were deeply invested in them as individuals, as a couple and what eventuated throughout their relationship. We shared their highs, their lows and our hearts broke as their dreams were shattered.

You came back to me, Mia.” – Declan

“Thank you for fighting for me.” – Mia

Now, in Back To You (Dreams #1.5), we catch up with Mia and Declan where Man of My Dreams left off and we’re afforded an insight into what transpired between the end of their story and the epilogue.

“You don’t think part of me wants to hate you for what you did to us?” – Declan

This author has again captured the love, the heartbreak, the joy and the growth of Mia and Declan as we they confront the guilt  that is eating them up. Can they reconnect and rebuild their marriage or has the past left pain and memories that can’t be erased?

‘This woman owns my soul – it’s hers to navigate. I belong to her. I always have.’ – Declan

Back to You is a short yet fulfilling companion novel to Man of My Dreams, where we spend time with two people who had allowed the routine of life to invade the love and passion they felt for one another and we cheered them on as they attempted to recapture the spark and love that drew them so desperately to one another in the first place.
