We absolutely love this series….LOVE!!! Every single character we’ve come across along the way has brought us something and added to this crazy journey of vengeance, redemption and love , oh and a special mention of affection goes to Killer the dog!

Ultimately though, we were so excited to get more Naz. We cannot get enough of Naz! Now, as this is the third book in a series we really can’t say too much as you readers know we hate spoilers. All we’ll say is that in the dark and violent mob world – hearts beats fiercely in love!

JM Darhower once again showed why she’s one of our favourite Authors. The writing was as flawless and addictive as always, her characters burrowed even farther into our hearts as we laughed, cried and fell in love all over again. Seriously this series has it all. Mob thrilling passion does not get much better than this.

There were so many surprisingly laugh out loud moments as well as proper melt your heart swoony romance. We saw Naz’ playful and vulnerable side more in this book but within a heartbeat he’d be the monster we came to love in book one. Special mention to the ‘no shoes scene’….you’ll know what we mean when you read this book. THIS SCENE HAD OUR HEARTS IN PUDDLES AND OUR EYES IN TEARS!!!  We thought we knew Naz, but Target on Our Backs showed us everything that makes this man and wow we thought we loved him before but now….words fail us! Cold and ruthless – Passionate and protective – Sarcastic with a dry sense of humour. Naz is perfection.

“Another venture into the eighties, I gather.”

“How’d you guess?”

“You look like someone I used to masturbate to when I was in my teens.”

Karissa and Naz are soulmates despite their age gap and connected past. Their love incredibly strong despite all that has come before and still lives in the present. We never once doubted the bond they have and each brings out the best in the other. Compassion, protection, commitment and a love that cannot be broken. And THAT epilogue…..Well damn if it didn’t have us crying and wishing it’d never end…..
