SYNOPSIS

Reese King: Olympic medalist, underwear model, Greek god.

His body is chiseled from rock, sculpted by the weight room, and refined by water.

On a daily basis his skin is completely bare for everyone to see, tan and defined, only covered up by a minuscule piece of spandex. There is no denying his sex appeal.

I hate to admit it, but I’m head over heels infatuated with him.

There is one HUGE problem though. His achingly gorgeous abs, inked up arm, and cocky swagger belong to my boss, the high-profile, reality star bitch from hell and certified heinous human being, Bellini Chambers.

What I think is going to be an easy job assisting a glorified wench turns into a cluster f*ck of epic proportions.

“Your looks might have gotten me interested, but it’s your heart that will keep me around”

Stroked brought us swoony hot romance, some scene inducing belly laughs and wickedly funny and annoying characters. It really was a fabulous light-hearted and well written romance that brought loads of emotions to the table. Meghan Quinn certainly knows how to exaggerate individual characteristics and take them to a level that’s almost a caricature of your worst nightmare – when you meet Bellini you’ll know what we mean! Not only that, we ended up having a complete girl crush on Paisley and don’t even get us started on the scrumptious Olympic swimmer, Reese King!

“What’s life if it’s not a roller coaster?”

“A pleasant merry-go-round with no drama.”

So, Paisley’s had a bit of a disastrous beginning to her film production career so is grateful when she’s given a second chance through her bessie mate; albeit as an assistant to the reality star from hell, Bellini. Poor Paisley, we would’ve cracked immediately but my goodness there were some absolutely hilarious scenes.

“In case you haven’t noticed, the woman is insane. She believes her dog is a disciple sent from God, she shames anyone who comes near her…”

However, our girl stayed strong and there was the added bonus of Bellini’s ‘supposedly’ other half, Reese King – The Silver Stroke – who’s yet to claim a gold medal at the Olympics. Oh and he’s also known as The Sexiest Man Alive. You’ll soon find out why! The man is sex personified with a cheesy and funny personality that often spars deliciously with Paisley. Not all is what it seems with this group of characters and when ‘Clyde’ and Litter box enters the mix, well, it becomes one crazy arsed ride!

Shenanigans, Olympic dreams and hot nookie. Cheesy one liners, over dramatic obsessions and wicked hilarity. Condescending and dramatic with a holier than thou dog. We highly recommend Stroked for that much needed easy romantic comedic relief we all need every so often. This is a standalone in a series and we can’t wait for the next one.
