Emma Chase just delivered a 2018 favourite! Oh, this book! Now, that’s what you call a love story! The prologue was breathtaking and made our hearts gallop to experience Lenora and Edwards romance in its entirety, yet little did we know the path this story would take us on, nor the effect it would have on us. The poignancy of this story added another layer entirely and enlightened our perception of Lenora.

If you’re after a captivating, beautifully sweet, searing and passionate love story full to the brim with every emotion you can imagine, read this book! If you want a swoon factor that’s off the charts, look no further than Royally Yours. What an absolute treat Emma Chase reaped on her readers with this romance, and not just for fans of this series, but fans of romance in general. Lenora ‘Lenny’ and Edwards love story charmed us in every way possible, and of course, it was laden with that Emma Chase wit we all know and love.
The Royally series is without doubts one of our favourites. Each book has stolen our hearts, but there was something so very special about Lenny and Edwards’s story that moved us deeply. Not just their story but knowing the significance of this book and its relevance to others in the series, well, we were in a flood of tears many times! Both happy and sad tears. And oh Lenora, what a revelation she was!

Emma Chase has the innate ability to enchant us one minute, dissolve us into a fit of giggles the next, have us fanning ourselves, and then, with the turn of a page she can send us into a flood of tears and heartbreak, only to pick us up and leave us in a puddle of warmth. In Royally Yours, she did it all that and more, leaving us once again, asking the question… ‘just how does she do it?‘

We’ve only known Lenora as the salty Queen Mother throughout the Royally Series and whilst we knew she had married for love, and wanted that for her grandchildren, we’d only had snippets of her life. Her wicked sense of humour moulded with her sense of duty regaled us and intrigued us, but nothing…and we mean…NOTHING could have prepared us for the aching beauty of her story. She quite literally stole our hearts. And do not even get us started with Edward! This man….he was all man with a beautiful soft heart and adventurous soul. He was the whole package! We fell in love with him every bit as much as Lenora did.

You know what? We had a review written that summarised bits and pieces of the story, but we’ve scrapped it because you don’t need to know all that. If you’ve read the Royally Series, you’ll be clamouring to read Royally Yours. If you haven’t read the Royally Series, we HIGHLY recommend it; your hearts will thank you, and Edward and Lenny’s is one that will make you feel so deeply.
