Be With Me is the fourth book in the Adair Family series by Samantha Young, and whilst each book centres on a different Adair family member and their quest for love, we wouldn’t recommend reading it as a standalone, as each Adair sibling’s story weaves through each book – an aspect we love about this series. Increasingly we experience the closeness and camaraderie of the Adair family.

We’ve been waiting to unravel the mystery surrounding Ardnoch Estates Yoga/Pilates teacher Eredine Willows. The thirty-two-year-old American beauty brought with her a bagful of secrets that only Lachlan Adair and his best friend, Mac have been privy to, when she left Los Angeles eight years earlier to live in the beautiful Scottish Highlands.

Now, after a year, Eredine has caught the eye Arran Adair, who is also carrying around secrets as to the reason he was absent from his Ardnoch home for so many years. Now thirty-six, Arran has feelings for the somewhat skittish Eredine, but convincing her to take a chance on this ‘once player’ is proving more difficult than he anticipated.

We couldn’t guess at the secrets and pain that lay beneath the sweet fragile exterior of Eredine but were left in awe at the strength of this beautiful woman. Despite her past and the horrid memories that still haunt her, this lady showed the tenacity and bravery that was hidden within. So much of what she experienced affected her happiness and her future. Could she ever really trust her heart? No wonder Arran Adair was all in knots over her. Eredine was a force!

The Adair family sure does attract its share of crazies and enemies who surface when each seems to finally be setting their future and their hearts in order. And in Be With Me, we’re once again tormented by someone with a grudge against either Arran or Eredine. Who is this menacing figure?

Be With Me is a story of love, trust, and taking that leap. The passion, emotion, and swoon are once again bountiful in Arran and Eredine’s story, and the growth between the characters emotionally was a joy to witness. If anyone deserves happiness, it’s these two! The issues between Broden and Arran were entertaining! These two brothers have a special bond, despite their issues when it comes to women!

The friendships and family unit are wonderful and growing with every book. The sibling spats soon make way for the love and devotion they all share. It’s so heart-warming! We adore this family and can’t wait to devour Broden’s book – that promises to come with its own secrets, and we need to know them now! We’ll be eagerly awaiting the next enthralling installment!
