A Little too Wild by Devney Perry is the third and final book about the Madigan brothers and what a wonderful journey this has been with, Reed from A Little too Late, Weston from A Little too Close and now Crew from A Little too Wild. We’ve loved every single book, enjoyed a variety of heroes and heroines and had three exciting love stories which completely stole our hearts. Such a fabulous treat for any book lover and we highly recommend adding the Madigan Mountain series to your reading list. The setting has been so idyllic and vividly written about, we could hear the snow crunch under our boots, we could smell the scent of pine and clean frost in the air. We saw the sun rays bounce off the snow and light up the snow-capped mountains. We felt the love in the air and we’ve now both decided to look for winter holidays to Colorado! This series can be read as standalones, however we highly recommend reading the entire series, not only because of the interconnected storylines, characters, and background but because every book is just that good!

It’s been twelve years since Crew Madigan, the youngest brother, stepped foot in the smalltown of Penny Ridge where he grew up, and he’s not relishing the thought of going back home for Reed’s wedding, returning with much trepidation and the intention of making a quick getaway. Crew had a close bond with her family in his teens after the sudden death of his beloved mum, with whom he was lovingly close to, which sadly caused a fractious and somewhat desperate home life with their dad and resulted in the three brothers staying away for a little over a decade. Raven is a beautiful, independent, and brilliant snowboarder who works as a ski instructor at his family resort, she too carries a lot of emotional baggage. The two of them suddenly find themselves as friends with hot explosive benefits repeating the ‘one night only.’ Reed and West have accomplished amazing improvements to the family ski resort, alongside their better halves, but they now need Crew’s famous and legendary snowboarding expertise to complete the new ‘face’ of the Madigan Mountain Resort. ‘One night only’ now suddenly turns into more nights for Crew, in more ways than one!

The chemistry between Crew and Raven was scorching. But not only that, both are thrill seekers who inspired each other tremendously and had a tangible emotional affinity to one another. We loved their love story. We loved being back with Reed & Ava and Weston and Callie from the previous two books, having become so fond of each and every one of them as well as all the other characters. It was a beautiful journey, one which we relished, alongside each brother as they worked through their problematic relationships, especially with their dad, resolving their issues and finding peace. Finding their happy place, finding love.
