About Us
Reading is like breathing for us. We are never without our Kindles, always chasing that next book high.
We met online as readers in 2011 and found in each other, a book soulmate. From our shared love of reading, and our joy in shouting about books we’d read and loved; TotallyBookedBlog (TBB) was born and a lifelong friendship was formed.
We wanted our fellow book addicts to share the fabulous books we’d fallen in love with. Wanting more than anything to share our passion for discussing books, and the heroes and heroines we’d fallen in love with.
TotallyBookedBlog is Jenny & Gitte. Two book crazy romantics, and we love nothing more than losing ourselves in a good read and getting to chat about it with book friends afterward. We love to be swept away and falling in book love one story at a time…
We made a decision a little while back to review the books we’ve loved on our blog. Not every book is going to work for us, but as reviews take time and heart to write, we prefer to spend our time reading and shouting about the books we’ve fallen in love with.
As such, you’ll find our blog to be a positive space. A place to come and find your next fabulous read.
We’ve received several best blogging awards during our blogging time as well as being selected as an #OfficialFifty blog by Universal Studios for three years running and were chosen as the official blog for the RARE Author Signing Events.
In 2017, TBB was been named in BuzzFeed’s Top Ten Blogs for Booklovers.
We love what we do and through our blogging, we’ve met so many incredible people and made great friends for life.
